Christina M. Jepson, a shareholder in Parsons Behle & Latimer’s (Parsons) Salt Lake City office, will be named as a 2026 “Alumni of the Year” by the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law at its annual awards celebration on April 24, 2026.
For more than 30 years, Jepson has partnered with large and small companies to solve their labor and employment issues. She assists clients with the full spectrum of employment matters, including daily management of employment issues as well as litigation. Jepson previously served as the chairperson of Parsons’ employment & labor practice and is a past chairperson of the Labor & Employment Section of the Utah State Bar.
“I am so proud of my law school and stunned that I would be chosen as the Alumni of the Year,” says Jepson. “My legal education has opened so many doors for me, and I strive to give back to the legal community. Go Utes!”
The S.J. Quinney College of Law holds an annual event to recognize distinguished alumni based on their professional achievements, service to the community and dedication to the law school. The event features an awards ceremony, reception and networking. Yearly “Alumni of the Year” awards honor individuals with significant professional accomplishments, typically within the last decade, while the “Young Alumni of the Year” awards focus on those with fewer than 10 years of practice.
