Shelter WF intervened to defend Montana legislation for pro-housing zoning reforms, threatened to be undone by Montanans Against Irresponsible Densification. After prevailing in district court, Shelter WF and Parsons appealed to the MT Supreme Court to correct some errors, which the MT Supreme Court affirmed in their entirety.
