Paul Evans, who serves as managing shareholder of the firm’s Rexburg office, will be a participant in the cybersecurity and AI panel at the Buckner Innovation Summit on Oct. 27 in Idaho Falls.
The summit, presented by The Buckner Company, will serve as a platform for business leaders to exchange ideas, share valuable insights and explore innovative strategies surrounding AI and cybersecurity and their ties to Idaho’s economic outlook.
Evans is a corporate, intellectual property and data privacy attorney, focused on helping clients grow and protect their key assets and partnerships. He assists clients with corporate formation and organization, buying and selling businesses, employment matters, supply and distribution agreements, protecting businesses with confidentiality requirements, trade secrets and non-compete agreements.
