Employees from Parsons’ Salt Lake City office had the opportunity on Aug. 7 to give back to the community and participate in the 41st Annual Paint Your Heart Out event – a NeighborWorks Salt Lake project which the firm is proud to sponsor.
In addition to the 10 Salt Lake City employees who participated in the event, many firm employees donated paint supplies that were used that day and then given to NeighborWorks for next year’s event.
Each year, hundreds of volunteers join forces to paint homes for veterans, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and low-income families – completely free of charge. NeighborWorks Salt Lake has held this event since 1985, transforming over 890 homes, building pride and strengthening neighborhoods. This year 10 local homes were painted with the help of volunteers.
