A.J. is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice who focuses on bankruptcy matters, restructuring and business litigation. A.J. is uniquely experienced with federal and appellate litigation; prior to joining Parsons, A.J. represented plaintiffs with Employee Retirement Income Security Act claims in courts across the country.

Biography

Andrew (A.J.) is a member of the firm’s Salt Lake City office. In the spring of 2020, he graduated cum laude from the University of California, San Diego with a bachelor’s degree in political science and international relations. A.J. went on to attend the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree in 2023. Andrew continues his pro bono work with the University of Utah’s Pro Bono Initiative, where he volunteered extensively as a student. Before joining Parsons, A.J. worked as an associate at a Salt Lake City law firm where he and his firm represented some of the first successful claimants alleging violations of the Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act.

In addition to law, A.J. enjoys skiing in the Wasatch Front and watching his beloved Chelsea F.C.
