Biography

Prior to joining the firm, Tyler practiced at a large international law firm in New York City and San Francisco, working on complex legal and regulatory matters for private fund sponsors and other asset managers. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2021, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, Tyler worked at a tax law clinic, where he assisted low-income taxpayers with tax matters. Prior to law school, Tyler worked as a consultant at a financial and economic consulting firm.

In his free time, Tyler enjoys skiing and fly fishing.

Parsons Behle & Latimer represented an emerging cancer therapeutics and radiopharmaceutical company in securing its initial seed investment round.
