Victoria is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's litigation practice. Drawing on nearly a decade of civil litigation experience and federal and state judicial clerkships, her litigation practice involves representing businesses and individual clients in real estate disputes, contract disputes, complex commercial disputes and appeals.

Biography

Before joining Parsons Behle & Latimer, Victoria spent more than six years in private practice in St. George, Utah handling complex commercial, real estate and civil litigation matters from inception through resolution. She also served as a law clerk for Judge David O. Nuffer of the United States District Court for the District of Utah and for Judges David Hamilton, David Connors and Robert Dale of Utah's Second Judicial District Court.
