Elliott D. McGill

Elliott McGill’s practice focuses on helping individuals and businesses of all sizes find meaningful solutions to complex commercial issues, whether in transactions or before state and federal courts. His practice is a blend of corporate and real estate transactions and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis in bankruptcy. Elliott has experience representing debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 proceedings of varying size and industries.

After graduating with honors from the University of Montana School of Law, Elliott served as a law clerk to the Chief Judge Benjamin Hursh of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Montana and practiced with a reputable Montana law firm before joining Parsons.

A Utah native, Elliott attended Carroll College in Montana, where he played four years of football and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree.
